Privitty provides hosted services to customers on subdomains of privitty.cloud (for example, customer1.privitty.cloud). If you believe a privitty.cloud subdomain is being used for abusive or illegal activity, please report it to us.

What to report

  • Phishing or fraud

  • Malware or malicious software distribution

  • Spam or unauthorized bulk messaging

  • Unauthorized access or attacks against other systems

  • Illegal content

  • Other violations of our Terms of Service

How to report

Email: abuse@privittytech.com

Please include:

  • The full URL or hostname involved (e.g. customer1.privitty.cloud)

  • A description of the abuse and what you observed

  • Supporting evidence, such as screenshots, email headers, or logs

  • Your contact details, in case we need to follow up

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and will investigate and act on confirmed abuse, which may include suspending the affected subdomain. For urgent security matters, include "URGENT" in the subject line.
